After several decades of working for hospitals, other health care companies and law firms, I have established a solo law practice providing on health law, health care compliance, services and business transactions and interim/outsourced counsel and compliance officer assignments. With experience from a variety of health care and legal settings, I believe my clients will find that I am in a unique position to know and understand their needs and develop the close and collaborative relationship essential for compliant and successful business strategies. Whether discussing operational, regulatory or transactional issues, this blog will deal with the ever-changing health care industry, its reform and its enforcement environment.
