- Reviewing HMO, PPO and Medicaid managed care contracts and assisting with dispute resolution
- Ongoing reviews of physicians’ and other health care providers’ advertising, marketing and promotional activities as affected by FDA, FTC, HIPAA, Anti-Kickback/Civil Monetary Penalties/Stark, and state licensing and deceptive trade practices requirements
- Updating physicians and other health care providers on informed consent changes, impact of telehealth on the physician-patient relationship, and formation and implementation of clinically integrated networks.
